HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TEENS TXT CONTEST

Your high school or youth program must have agreed to participate in the Contest. Visit the Teen TXT Web site at www.TeensTXT.com and enter a TXT acronym submission. Submissions must be received by April 30, 2008.

LIMITATION ON NUMBER OF SUBMISSIONS PERMITTED

Only one submission per person per day may be submitted to the Contest. Only one prize will be provided to the winning school. Submissions are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are reproduced, falsified, altered, or tampered with in any way. Furthermore, an individual school or program may be disqualified from winning the prize in the event a student of said school is found to have violated the participation rules. Submissions using profanity, racial/ethnic slurs, slander, or hate will be deleted. All submissions must support the teen pregnancy prevention message to be included in the Contest. All submissions will be reviewed by Contest promoters to determine validity. All decisions are final.

GRAND PRIZE

A grand prize will be awarded to the participating high school or youth program that has the most submissions in each of four markets – Cedar Rapids/Iowa City, Des Moines, Sioux City, and Waterloo.

The grand prize is a DJ (for a school/program function) for the winning school or program.

The approximate value of the Prize is between $1,000 and $2,000.

The winning high school or youth program must claim the prize within thirty (30) days of winning (the "Deadline"). If the winning high school or youth program fails either to claim the prize or inform FutureNet of its inability to claim the prize before the Deadline, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to a different high school or youth program. One prize will be awarded to one Iowa high school or youth program in each of the four markets (Cedar Rapids/Iowa City, Des Moines, Sioux City, and Waterloo).

The prize must be accepted as awarded. No portion of any prize is transferable. The prizes are not redeemable for cash and no substitute for any portion of any prize is offered.

FutureNet, Fleishman-Hillard Inc., Contest Sponsor(s), and their respective advertising, public relations, and promotional agencies reserve the right to substitute any prize or any component thereof for those of approximately the same value, and reserve the right to change the Contest rules or terminate or withdraw the Contest at any time, without prior notice.

The winning school or program is responsible for all incidental expenses incurred in connection with accepting the prize (the "Expenses"). The winning school or program and Contest entrants understands that he or she may not seek reimbursement for the Expenses from Contest Sponsor(s), FutureNet, Fleishman-Hillard Inc., or their respective advertising, public relations, and promotional agencies.

The chance of winning depends on the number participating high schools and youth programs.
